I retain all rights to my illustrations and usage for samples and portfolio. Including commercial artworks.If you are applying for a commission, please contact me by email or social media DMs with the necessary information regarding your commission referencing the commission page on my Carrd. The commission options are what I currently take right now, if you are looking for another type of commission that is not a Character Illustration option, email me at [email protected] to inquire.Commercial/Voice Actor Commissions are available. All commissions have a base price depending on the artwork type that include the commercial rights to the artwork. Additional fees may be included if necessary, depending on the complexity, time/deadlines and reason of the project. Additional fees will be discussed through email only.* For commercial and merchandise related usage, it must be mentioned in initial submission to include commercial-usage fees.
* If you require a contract to be signed for certain commercial work or projects regarding usage, NDAs etc, it can be arranged from your end and discussed.If your commission is accepted, I will send an email of acceptance along with the description of your commission and the final total price in AUD (Australian Dollar). Payment must be sent in FULL and in AUD once the acceptance email has been received. Payment is non-refundable after the sketch is confirmed (unless extreme reasons occur).I reserve the right to accept and refuse any commission for any reason. Suggestive artworks can be discussed for acceptance.Examples of my art are provided on my commissions page and portfolio page.The commission process includes:Thumbnail/Final sketch of your commission is sent to you for confirmation. (Once confirmed, payment can not be refunded.)References must be provided and I can ask for more if needed. If there are no visual references available, I still need a detailed description of the commission. This however may or may not hinder the acceptance decision as this becomes Character Design, which is much more of a process compared to a solid reference of a character. We can discuss privately in email/discord if that is what you are looking for; but be aware I may decline.Line art and Colouring process begins, then completed. (this will possibly be streamed on my Twitch streams twitch.tv/kujivt, unless stated otherwise that you would like the commission done in private. If that is the case, there may be a privacy fee added to your total, as I have set hours as well as streams being my work hours to complete commissions.)The final commission will be sent to you by email and/or discord for the best quality.The commission may then be posted by me to my socials in a low quality. You will be sent an unwatermarked, signed version of the art.If you do plan/want to post the final art to socials, I would appreciate and prefer that you credit my name to the art and/or link my socials as well.REFUNDSCommissions are nonrefundable, please be sure you are financially okay to pay up front and on time when you are notified that I am ready to begin your commission.
In the event that I am unable to work on your commission (due to workload or personal reasons), I will message and make you aware of the circumstances and offer a refund or offer an extension on your commission. I will tell you roughly how much longer I will need to take on your commission, at which you can choose whether to accept or decline if your commission has not been started yet or is in the sketching phase.PRINT QUALITYI can provide you with a print-ready file size. Please specify in your application form that your commission will be printed before I start working so that I work in the right file size. I can draw up to an A3/A2 poster size. I will email you this file.MERCHANDISING/MONETARY USEMy commissions are not for your own profit and cannot be used for merchandise.
